We specialize in co-hosting both short term rentals (STR) and mid-term rentals (MTR) that deliver 5-star guest experiences, maximize returns, and give owners peace of mind. We use a MTR/STR Hybrid approach with our MTR properties which focuses on MTRs to give the property owner higher occupancy rates and a more consistent revenue stream, with rates still significantly higher than a traditional 12 month long term rental (LTR). The gaps between MTR bookings are used for STRs to maximize occupancy and revenue. We can also provide additional services such as bill pay and book keeping to make owning a rental property as hassle free as possible for our customers!
